When I closed web the error below appear

The instruction at 0X6230 referenced memory at 0X62304 the memory could not be read
Click OK to terminate the program

You don't. It's IE, only MS can work on the code. You say OK, then close it and use it again. However, this time you download firefox and never have to use IE again.
