You're ignorant, they do shag their relatives because they live in a compact, secluded community and have done so for hundreds of years.

Good grief! You are both crude and ignorant. There is no biblical rule against relatives (other than parents/children marrying.) And, although communities are often small, courting can occur - and is encouraged - with other communities.
And...there is no lack of outsiders who want to convert.

I really do not think they marry their relatives, The Amish community is a very large community and all of them are not related.
