It depends on who I'm talking to. Sometimes it's Spanish, sometimes it's English. Sometimes it isn't a language at all. I move my mouth and get words across, but only the thought comes across. I don't really get the actual words sometimes, so it isn't really a language.
Just the other night I had a dream in Japanese xD I don't actually know the language very well, but it's a dream, and the dream told me I was speaking Japanese!

Its always in English. Although I have had dreams where I am speaking in another language but I couldn't tell you what I was saying or if it was an actual language at all.

I usually dream in English, my primary language. But I have had dreams in other languages I have learned and sometimes the language of my dream will switch.

It depends. Last night I dreamed in German. One time I had a dream where I tried every language I knew, and didn't find anybody who knew any of them.

English and Spanish.
What's funny is that my husband talks in his sleep in both languages and it's funnier when it's in English because his native language is Spanish (while mine is English).

Generally English, although I have dreamed in German before. And my real-life German is pretty lousy, but in my dreams it's perfect, because we never talk about anything I don't know how to say...

I dream in English... that is, if anyone says anything, it's probably in English. No one necessarily talks.
