i never have been personally stalked but have had friends who have and they have given this advice,,, tell the police , give a full description of the person and tell what they are doing, change your habits like go to school a different way, dont do things that you do every day at that same time , if you have a cellphone pretend you are talking to someone that way this person will think you can have someone call the police for you ,, dont do things alone or be in places that people arent usually around , keep records of when he follows you even take oictures if you can so it will give the police proof.

This is something that should be reported to the police, if someone at any age shows up when not invited, and will not listen to. That may be simple but it does not sound like a normal person. One time I offered someone a sandwich and he became attached because I was nice once. It was impossible to get rid of him, I was not afraid, I was concerned and alerted the police. The person was young and had no home, so actually was trying to latch on to someone anyone so he could hang out and get some food, there are shelters and he was directed that way. So in my case I did the right thing and it helped me to be safe and the person too.

If you are truly feeling threatened, harrassed, or endanged by this person, its hardly a matter of ettiquette: its a matter of your personal safety, and potentially, the safety of your family and friends. Talk to your parents, a teacher, a counselor or the police. Tell them exactly what is happening, how often, where and when. You may be granted a restraining or protection order (the name varies by jurisdiction, but its the same thing). It means that this person has been ordered by the Court, under penalty of law, to stay away from you, not to contact you in any way, or come to your home, school, or workplace. If they do continue to follow you, report it immediately and state that you have a protection/restraining order in place if one has been issued.
Bottom line: better to be mean that to be on the back of a milk carton.

Call the police, and be able to identify the person as well as you can, and write down when you see the person, times of day, and where, and have it ready for the police. Stalkers usually have more planned for you than just stalking.
You gave fair warning that you are taken which was not necessary, or even safe. Tell a counselor or the principal at school, and tell your parents!
Don't expect the person you are with to intervene, it isn't safe for them, either.
Do not worry about being mean. Worry about being safe. Anyone who stalks another person even after being warned not to, should take the consequences of their actions, even if that means going to jail. The police can advise you what to do next, a restraining order, or them catching the stalker.

Obviously this is bothering you. Who's comfort do you really care about? Your own comfort or the person who is stalking you. Either tell your parents, call the cops, or tell your bf to tell him off. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason!!!! for this person to be following you around. Especially since you are a younger female this is very scary. I have experienced this, get this situation handled now before it gets worse!

Call the police, get a restraining order to help keep him away from you. Do every thing you can do to keep him as far away from you as you can. Tell him that you are going to call the police and then do it, if you own a cell phone do it right in front of him.
Good luck and stay safe, I'm sorry your having this problem.

tell your parent(s)! If he cannot be talked to, file a police complaint. They will give him a restraining order to keep away from you. You can also inform your school officials. Carry pepper spray or learn self defense. Kick him in the nuts if he doesn't stop annoying you.

Would you rather be mean or killed? Stalking is against the law. If you really and truely feel in danger, report it to the police.
