Once a week is perfect as the sex eliminate stress and relax the entire body. Certain metabolisation takes place during sex which is very much required for your physical and mental health upkeep.

While a friend of mine would say you could do without it, I disagree. Even if you have to take things in you own hands, you've got to have an occational release, maybe once a month, whatever works for you. Good health is a state of mind as well as body.
