I don't think so... otherwise, how do you explain His very next words: "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

No He meant that no one comes to the Father except by Him.

It's an exclusive statement.
There is no other way, only one way.
Forgiveness is found in Christ alone.
