Basically, evaporation is the process of a liquid going into a gaseous state. Or turning into a vapor.

Crystallisation is the process of forming a solid from a solution/liquid or is the process of formation of solid crystals from a solution.

Evaporator is a nice equipment; however i dont think you can get the pure solid there afther evaporator you should direct heat it then put it in the dessicator.

hope this helps.

Evaporation id heating till dryness.Crystallisation is getting the hot saturated solution of a solid to get its pure liquid. Crystallization is better than evaporation as there is no chance of the solid getting charred or decomposed. It removes the impurities from the solid as well whereas evaporation doesn't.
A water bath is the best equippment for crystallisation.

the substance must be crystalline by nature,eg,sugar, salt, uric acid,,,,,,,,,evaporation means water is separated from the substance
