There's a difference. Boys start puberty between 9-13. They begin maturity between 13-18

How old are you. Seems you are concerned about wet dreams. I had my first wet dream when I was 12 and had them throughout my teens. Sexual maturity can begin as early as 9 with girls but boys are normally later. (11 - 12) Mental and social maturity comes at a much later age and some people never mature. lol
A nocturnal emission is an ejaculation of semen experienced during sleep. It is also called a "wet dream", an involuntary orgasm, or simply an orgasm during sleep.

Nocturnal emissions are most common during teenage and early adult years. However, nocturnal emissions may happen any time after puberty. They may or may not be accompanied by erotic dreams. It is possible to wake up during the ejaculation, or to just stay asleep during the ejaculation and sometimes a "sex dream".

Anywhere from 8-15 puberty begins. Most of us don't mature until we are in our late twenties though.
