I've exercised almost every day for the last few months and i eat normally but i still can't seem to lose weight! I'm short and curvey... which i'm ok with, but i just want to get rid of the extra cushion or curves if you know what i mean? The part i want to change the most is my legs! how do i tone my legs quickly?

Depends on what kind of dress you want too, if its shorter, you will want to work on your legs and lower body such as, calf raises, running, eliptical, try pilates...

also you might want to tone your arms to look great in any type of dress, start with 3 to 8 pound weights, and do simple curls and triceps to tone your biceps and the back of your arms to give you length since you mentioned you are shorter,

abs are always good, start with sets of 50 crunches, and find other workouts in prom magazines, also if you want to really work them, do your same exercises on an exercise ball.

Always eat a good breakfast, and start with some pilates tapes, they'll tone you up to lose the "cushion and curves" but not make you look like a body builder. Best of luck!!

exercise only small bits at a time.. if you all of a sudden exercise a very long time, your body will think it is starving and thus slow down your metabolism. it needs to be a gradual process. Start with 10-15 minutes.. then your body will find it safe to use its fat deposits as energy. And with the legs, try to build muscles, as muscle burns calories just by sitting. more muscle = the less calories.
