someone who has talent and a good ear for pitch and good equipment, and sh@tloads of practice. Play for lots of drunks at bars, get inspired and play the right notes. Don't butcher a great song by not learning the lead break right....oh yeah, and practice practice practice.......

Plays just as many notes as required, no more, no less, and always knows when to play nothing; notes he plays have no alternative selection that could be better than what he chose
