Ok so recently this guy started working where i work(call center)I always knew who he was and thought that he was very nice looking, its a small town, but I never talked to him before. So the past week we have been on night shift together and i have sat beside him every night. Well I have developed a HUGE crush on him. I can't stop thinking about him. I keep getting signs that maybe he likes me but i don't know if he is just being friendly or if its more than that.He is a very outgoing guy. I caught him looking at me before,he looks over when he is on a call,invited me to sit with him because we were sitting on opposite sides of the room, when he talks to me he looks right at me. He smiles at me. Jokes around. When its not so busy we sit and talk. I am really shy, and I am also over weight so i've always had low self asteem about my body. I just keep thinking he's not gonna like the "fat girl". Do I just let it go....are these signs that i guy is into you?? What are some other signs a guy likes you??

Thanks for all the answers. In response to some of the things i got back. He is not overweight and he does not seem like the type of guy that would just want sex. I am working the same shift with him next week.....i am gonna try and feel things out.

He might have a romantic interest in you, but you'll never know unless you play the game right.
Find out what his interests are and return the favor by being friendly also.
Just don't get your hopes up, and please don't read *too* much into every little thing he does.

How does the guy look like? Is he the handsome type? Is he the type women usually like only "to be friends"? Is he overweight too?
I'm sorry to say this but if the guy is handsome or average looking and is not overweight, the most likely is that he's only being friendly (or even worse, he just want to have sex with you and run) Why dont you just love yourself a little more and try to lose a few pounds? This could make a lot of difference in your life and in the way you see yourself.

I would try to read his body language. Does he lean toward you when you're conversing? Does he mimc your actions, posture, or gestures? I do know that your weight shouldn't be an issue. I'm a curvy girl myself, but even if my weight sometimes bothers me, I make it a point not to let on, esp. in front of a cute guy. Self confidence is much more attractive than skin and bones. From what you've typed, it sounds like he's interested in getting to know you, and that's a good sign. Good luck, sweetie.

well, you know what girl, i think that boy has a little thing for you. Maybe he's just not sure of whats the real feeling he has for you. i mean, when a boy glance at you they really have something. you know the saying,"action speaks louder than words" maybe he's not ready to tell you yet so better have a diet & exercise right now, make yourself more pretty and read some "how to increase your self-esteem" books on book stores cause that may help you big for him to fall for you completely!

Hell no he's clearly not basically being friendly, this guy is into you. there's no way a guy could save making that lots attempt if he in basic terms wanted to be pals. think of approximately it.

If he is fat also, then he wants you. It might be just the sex what he wants. Now, let's say you satisfied that. He won't be as nice as before. Once he gets that, the smile, the nice things will go away. Is up to you.

maybe(or maybe not) he might have liked you,well about your weight you should take some exercises or diets anyway try to control your eating(if you're angry that i was talking about your weight, sorry)

who really cares if your fat! I don't, even though I havn't met you but I bet he does have a crush on you...ooo lala...just because you may be over-weight doesn't mean that nobody likes you, I think it's more about personality...and he probably really does like you!

how about asking him to lunch or something sometime? sounds like he might be interested. ask him about his personal life and get to know him better. the more you know about each other the less shy you will be around him. i seriously doubt he is thinking of you as the "fat girl".
