It's not quite clear what you're asking. Ancient India influenced many things in many ways, no doubt including the linguistic. But if you're asking if the Arabic language is descended from Sanskrit, well see Fred above....

Sanskrit is one of the oldest known languages of the "Indo-European" language family. The medieval language of Pali and the modern languages of Hindi and Urdu are all direct descendents of it. It has the same relationship to them that ancient Latin has to modern Spanish & Italian.

Arabic is the most important language of the "Semitic" language family. It's related to Amharic and Aramaic as well as Hebrew. Semitic languages are not closely related to Indo-European ones at all....

No, it is not true. Arabic is part of a group of languages called Semitic, which all have many things in common, especially grammar, vocabulary and word-structure. Among Semitic languages, one could cite many living languages, just as Hebrew, and the two languages of Ethiopia, Ge'ez and Amharic. Many dead, and very ancient tongues, are Semitic and were discovered and deciphered in the ruins of Babylon and ancient Near-East cities: Akkadian, Ugaritic, Phoenician and Aramaic for instance.

Sanskrit is an artificial, sacred language, based upon the dialects of Northern India, whose structure is called Indo-European: it shares with Persian, Armenian, Greek, Latin, German etc, many common features. Moreover, the first books in Sanskrit began to be written many centuries before the Arabs wrote down their own first poetry and Kur'an.
