The scope was around after its independence until now, its 50th independence anniversary. According to most scholar, there was in fact five level of how knowledge progress in any civilization. Which are; (i) using foreign language to teach foreign knowledge; (ii) using own language to teach foreign knowledge while still using certain foreign terms; (iii) using own language to teach foreign knowledge, but convert, translate or assimilate foreign terms into own language; (iv) using own language to teach foreign knowledge and compare the terms used in both language with its original ancient used terms; (v) develop own knowledge according to its own value, morale and culture system. By studying those five level of knowledge progress, discuss with critical about the path did knowledge progress in Malaysia?
