i'm 17 and i date a guy who is 23, but we don't have sex, could he get into trouble?

Actually, in CO it's legal to just go ahead and have sex at that age, so I don't see how he could get in trouble for just dating you.

If you don't have sex with him he can't get into trouble just hanging out with you. If you do have sex with him he could get into trouble if your folks want to pursue it. Be careful dating someone that is that much older than you are. You are still so young right now there is no need to rush into relationships anyway. Just be a kid and hang out and do your own thing. There is always time for relationships! Work on school and furthering your education!
