Yes. There is a broad classification of the spiritual planes thus:
1) Physical, or what you call Material, Plane.
2) Astral, or Emotional, Plane.
3) Mental, or Intellectual, Plane.
4) Etheric Plane.
5) The true spiritual planes start after the Etheric Plane. All planes below this level are referred to as the lower worlds.

There are many sub-planes within the planes, and boundaries are not usually clear-cut.

Way of the Warrior by Dan Eaglefeather
The Tigers Claw
Fish dinner in Memison by E.R. Edison
Tao of Piglet
Tao of Jeet kwan do by Bruce Lee

These are just some titles that will help you understand that spirituality is a very personal journey, one full of wonder at the world that surrounds us in all it's glory and tragedy.

this is a psychological version of maslows hierarchy of needs where by one has to meet the basic need before move up to satiate the higher needs. fewer people operate at Pleroma due to lack of achievement of other necessities. Some people wiz through by having minimal material needs (zen or minimalist style) they find emotional balance quite easily and find simple ways to intellectual stimulation and satisfaction so can then focus on sheer joy,

No. But I have heard of the material plane and the spiritual plane. The material (or natural) plane of existence includes the emotional and rational mind as well as all that we see with our natural eyes as "real." The Spiritual plane is that reality that transcends what we understand from ourself or within ourself. It is a reality that must be "revealed" by the One Who Inhabits Eternity (God). The soul of man responds to this spiritual reality when the Spirit of God touches it with the Truth of God (the Bible). The free will of man then decides what to do with that Truth - rationalize it away in human terms, or believe it in Faith to the salvation of the soul ushering in eternal life.
