Just interested in learning new things. I don't plan on joining them or something like that. Just want background info and other sites besides Wikipedia to find out more.

I didn't mean to group them, I know they're different. I'm just to lazy to have written that on the question. Sorry.

Chucky,
I'm Christian, okay. I'm not going to convert or do any rituals of Satanism or Wicca. I just want to understand the religions better because many people misunderstand them (at least Wicca, I know you people don't worship Satan, sorry for putting you and Satanism together). I want to be well rounded, okay?

When it comes to Wicca there is a lot of misinformation, also bare in mind that Wicca is oath-bound and as such the information you find on Wicca is 'outer-court' meaning teachings of Wicca that are taught to those who are not Wicca, often a lot of this is placeholder information – ways of expressing beliefs and ideas without breaking oaths by giving specifics. For example the god's identities within Wicca are oath-bound so outer-court refers to them as the Great Mother Goddess and Horned God, a person is then taught the identities once imitated into Wicca.
Here are some reliable links on Wicca;

Generally speaking when it comes to Wicca it is a good idea to approach all information with caution, particularly if the resource is offering spells, uses the spelling 'magick', or supports self-initiation as a means of becoming Wicca.
As for Satanism, we are looking at a very large religious grouping as Satanism is more a philosophy than a religion. Satanism is essentially anything that is 'left-hand path' [See Wikipedia for definition - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Left_Hand_Path ] so although most modern religions are Atheistic you can also find Satanism within Pagan and Judeo-Christian paths – for example Setians, Luciferians, etc.

There is nothing wrong with putting the words 'Wicca' and 'Satanism' together, both religions are just as valid and although some people may confuse both with devil worship it is not the case, some people are just touchy about the possibilitty of the two being mistaken as such.

I found a very detailed website about Wicca for you. It is http://www.religioustolerance.org/witchcra.htm
I think it is great as a Christian to want to learn more about other religions. It is important to know what you are up against and when looking at them it helps us realize how Christianty is the more sensible answer to life.
Here are just a few Bible passages to keep in mind when researching magic, and mediums...Leviticus 19:26-28; Leviticus 19:31; Leviticus 20:6; Deuteronomy 18:9-14 (New International Version)

I don't now much about satanism. As for Wicca, start at Witchvox or just google it, there are hundreds of sites. Wiccans are particularly internet savvy. There are lots of different kinds of Wicca, in general, they believe in a God and Goddess although many just worship the Goddess (particularly if they are new to Wicca from Christianity). There are groups of all kinds from Fairy Wicca to Dianic Wicca. They are very open and love to tell you what they believe. They don't worship Satan (I don't believe satanists do either actually). They have one "commandment": An it harm none, do what ye will. They practice magic and spell it with a K (some of them) to separate it from the magicians you would think of in Vegas. Hope this gets you started.

First they are not related to each other. Wicca is a very earth spirtual belief open to males and females, but all who practice are called witches. There is no such term as warlocks, it is a made up word. Just like with any belief there are those on the extreme end who give it a bad name, but all in all it is really a reconnection with nature. Satanism is the belief that Satan is the ruler of all things and God is the outcast. The Satanic Bible is actually pretty funny if you read it. While they do allow much greater freedom, they do have thier rules and guidelines for one to follow, but it is nowhere near as bad as the news media or movies make it out to be, they again, tend to focus on the extreme edges.

ok first thing. satanism and wicca are COMPLETELY OPPOSITE!!!!! in NO way related. satanism is a worship of one's own self and their own potential and power using satan as a figure head. wicca is a pagan polytheistic religion based on the old religions of the greeks , romans, celts , egyptians, and others. wicca has NOTHING to do with satan because satan is a christian figure. wicca has NOTHING to do with christianity (though i am convinced that all religions have a common root.... long story i'll type it and post the article on the web some day.)
try looking in wikipedia.
if you want a little more information along these lines feel free to email me and i can give you what little knowledge i have on the subjects.

Wiccans and Satanists are very different. Satanists are Humanists with no central belief in Diety. Wiccans believe in Many Dieties especially the Horned God and Triple Goddess.
