Feel free to discuss... I asked another question but most focused on issues irrelivant to what I was asking

So I thought I would ask again but be more clear.

(The other question is still open tho if you want to comment, but do it there).

I don't think it is wise, because you aren't actively breaking that attachment and moving on with your life. It can also be quite devastating if the ex moves on with someone else. It can be way too devastating and not a good way to get over a relationship that is done.

In college, I went though a breakup that lasted almost a year, because we continued to have ex sex and didn't give each other the chance to just get over it. Neither of us moved on completely and it was chaotic and painful. One of us always kept wondering if maybe there was still a chance. It is too easy to misinterpret the other's feelings when you are still in love with them and they aren't still in love with you.

Nope. Ex sex is great, but it's ONLY for when you parted on amicable terms by mutual agreement. If you've still love the other person, other than as a friend, it's asking for trouble.

I wouldn't say love is a fatal flaw, at ll, but it can lead to bad judgment I suppose. The point is that it means you haven't moved on, and you'd be trying to rekindle something that isn't mutual anymore

I THINK. Every person's different. It might be just what you need to work things out,who knows. But I'd say in 9999 cases out of ten thousand, it would be a REALLY bad idea to hook up with an ex you're not over yet.

No, don't have sex with your ex, because you are just going to feel hurt in the end. Your just going to make the situation more confusing for both of you.

I did it once, and it just opened old wounds, and it got worse...
