www.webmd.com is a good website for all health related information so that you don't waste your time and your doctor's time on health related inforamtion.

www.about.com is a good site for both mainstream and alternative health information, including Bach Flowers, Reiki, Yoga etc.

www.mercola.com is a good site to know the adverse effects of main stream and other medicines.

Get back to me after going thorugh these and some more sites which you can find by surfing and searching.

Strive to be the best you that you can be. Be positive, be happy, be healthy. Have good positive supportive people surrounding you. Don't be afraid to try new things. Look for the good things in life and release the negative influences from around you. Sounds all new-age and stuff but it works.

surronding urself with positive people and energy(lol i sound like a hippie) and eating right and excerising. I suggest take up a soft style martial art(tai chi aikido) or breathing/mediatingexcerise(qigong, yoga, pilates) these will focus your mind make you a happier person and of course keep you fit.

if you do not wanna pay for classes theres always videos and books. i suggest Opening the Energy Gates of Your Body by Bruce Frantzis
