You need to give her the opportunity to say something first. Try your best to convince her to alert the police and her parents. Tell her that she needs to let someone know because she may never know if the guy gave her something or what. And if after you tell her that and she still does not say anything tell her that you are going to call the police or something if she doesn't. She's gonna be mad at first but if she's your good friend she will thank you later. Even if she does know the person and don't want any trouble she needs to tell someone soon before it's too late. I hope that she realizes how good a friend she has in you. Good luck
Go with her when she goes to tell the police and her parents and go with her to the hospital. Also let her know that no matter what it was not her fault that it happened to her. I don't care if she was fully naked and the changed her mind at the last minute no means no.

I advise you to support your friend in calling a rape crisis service. It in normally a free call and most countries have them. I would encourage her to do this as soon as possible.
These people are trained professionals that can help your best mate. Both emotionally and physically.
Pressing charges is a hard decision to make, it can be a long and scarey process to go thru even with the best of support networks, unfortunatley, often rape charges can also be had to prove.
Rape Crisis Centres can provide support to your freind in making this decision as well as how to tell her parents or anyone else.
They can also provide access and support to alternative accomodation if a safe place is needed, legal support options and medical assistance.

have her go to the cops and report it....my best friend was raped and beat by her boyfriend and she went to the cops and now hes sent away and she feels alot safer and she has no regrets....they can also give her a place she can go to talk to someone so she can move on with her life

If she wants stuff, she'll say something when she's ready, if you call the cops or the parents say goodbye to your friendship,
just tell her you'd do anything she wants you to do and be there for her.

You need to tell her parents. Are you sure it was rape, since it was her boyfriend? You do need to tell someone right now.

She needs to turn him in, you need to support her, and make sure she knows that it was not her fault and that he needs to get in trouble.
It doesn't matter if they are together or not, rape is rape, and it is against the law.

tell her to call the police and file a report. no means no..i don't care who the guy is. you should go with her and help her get counseling, she is going to need it. the important for you to help her understand that she did nothing wrong, i don't care if she had sex with him 100 times...she had a right to say no.

talk to her about tell her parents or the cops about what happened....i dont think its appropriate for you to tell anyone but you need to support her completely and lead her in the direction of telling someone....but don't push it on her, she needs to understand for herself that its the best thing to do. just be there for her....she will need support

really...she has to go see someone....like they have unanimous doctors and people to talk to...look online for a place near you....she needs to get tested for stds and pregnancy..make sure to not tell anyone...let her tell people if she wants to....that really sucks....she better break up from him...tell her that its gonna be alright....and ask her if she wants to do something about it..(like have him arrested)
