brunette and fair - definitly to a fancy restaurant, do not spend over 100 dollars on the first date otherwise your showing her your only good for money
asian and slutty - clubs and bars
asian and fair - movies, not violent but not a lame flick
then the regular avg women - just somewhere quiet where you can look at a distance, try not to take her out to sea or she'll think you push to far

Outside in a treehouse, jk.
malls, movies, beach...pretty much all the stereotypical places at your age. Later on when you have money to spare and a car to drive, you can have more freedom and variety. Until then, you need to practice creativity.

Comedy club.
