Ok, last school year him and I were aquantences. This year we have no classes together, but I see him at lunch everyday. Ithink he's bee having his friends see if I'm looking at him or not because he is always casting me nervouse glances. Today when I was leaving the lunchroom though he and I looked right right into eachother eyes for like 10 seconds (which is actualy alot compare to the really short glances) before I had to go back to class. So my question is do you think he likes me too?

Well first of all if it felt like 10 seconds that is a pretty long time, that's a good sign. But all of it comes down to your instincts: how did he look at you, and what did you feel deep down? Did he smile at all or blush, and did he look away at the end? In other words, was there anything you could read in the expression?
Whatever the case, it's always hard to tell, isn't it? Especially when you really like someone and are scared of rejection (and we all feel this!). But in the end, you just have to ask (especially if he's shy, he may never ask)...you have to find out. At worst, he'll feel flattered to death by you, and your mind will be relieved of wondering IF that guy years ago, the one who glanced at you for 10 seconds--IF he liked you. Just ask, and there won't be any regrets to have in the future.
If you 2 looked at each other that long though, chances are good he's interested in you! Trust your instincts. If you got a good vibe at all from the stare, you've gotta ask him!

Well...DUH!!!
He might be too shy.
You might not have classes together but does he have the same class and teacher at another hour?
Why not just talk to him? Start out simple like "Hi! How you doing?"

Go talk to him. Don't be afraid and let the chance pass you by. You won't know the answer to your question until you talk to him.
