Well i talked to my nephew who is a senior in highschool and he told me .it depends wich hand he is rubbing..it's nice to see after all these years that folks are still using the old moves lol..he told me that if the guy is rubbing the right palm that means he really likes you alot..and if he is rubbing the left palm that means he wants to take it to he next level..just fool around ..it does not mean he wants to go all the way..and they way you answer him is by doing the same while looking in his eyes..if you don't want to fool around then you rub his right palm instead and that means slow down fella..

I think it used to be he wants to have sex with you but thats kind of been forgotten. Its still an intimate gesture but it seems like its almost more an alternative to holding hands. Besides it feels really good because the palms a sensitive area so if you like him, rub his palm back :)
