HAHAHA.... nitric oxide doesn't work, im saving you cash right there. it works for NO ONE in the long term its effects last minutes and can be painful, it just makes your veins dilate.
i could say don't take it, i took it, and have an arm growing out of my head or i could tell you truth...
at 15 your body produces enough testosterone that supplementation outside of a good diet is unnecessary, unless you are an elite athlete, like almost division I scouted caliber, then you take creatine.
but basically, you should be taking whey and a flinstone and that is IT.
work out. its hard, but even dudes that take roids work out.
PS. that warning is there cus the product doesn't work at any age. its just a marketing tool. all steroids have been banned in the us from reputable suppliers, and that includes prohormones. you shouldn't really take more than creatine, whey and multi from 16 years of age until you are 21. peace.

usually they put that on the bottle because they havent tested on done research on people under 18 as to how much is safe for them. since you are pretty close to 18 you would probably be ok if you used it. you might want to reduce the amount injested a tad

Definately not! Your body is still growing the way its supposed to. Taking them before 18 is just asking for trouble... not only with how your body is growing, but also with your health. Its not worth it.

I'm 16 and I take protien drinks, only on days when I dont get my reccomended amount and when I have lifted hard I treat myself to a drink. Dont take shakes on off days you will get fat. Take (egg white protien powders) or I guess whey.

You should only use meal replacements and protein shakes. Other products can effect your endocrine system in a very bad way.
