the first two weeks, we saw each other every day, he met my kids, i met his, but now after two marriges that failed him by unfaithfullness on his spouses part, he claims he cares for me more than he has card for anyone in a long time and it scares him. Is this BS.... cause that is the way I am taking it..What actions should I take in order to find out if he is being sincere?
thanks

You have dated him for a month. Even if he means it, it is a bad sign. He is caring WAY too soon for you. After one month, he has just barely scratched the surface of who you are and who he is when he is with you.
The biggest indicator though is your gut instinct. You know this man better than anyone on here does, and if you feel he is feeding you a line, you are most likely right.
The only actions you can take regarding his sincerity is to take things slow. He could be feeling the rush of a new relationship (we all have been there), and things should calm down a bit where those feelings will either become more real or they will fade.
Since you have children and he has already been in two failed marriages, this is a relationship you really want to move slowly on. Not just for your sake, but for your children's sake.
Enjoy your time together, but don't worry about being serious this soon. If it is going to happen, it will happen at whatever pace YOU feel comfortable with.

I think he's scared because marriage is not something easily forgotten or tossed away. He's afraid of being hurt again, and being taken advantage of, or taken for granted, or not appreciated. Don't take it as an offense or something negative. If you want the relationship to work, respect his feelings. He seems to be feeling very vulnerable right now, and he doesn't need you being angry with him. Best of luck to you guys, and I hope everything works out.

It sounds like he is trying to be honest with you. Why do you not take his feelings at face value? Maybe his perceptions about you are correct. Look inside, at yourself, before you judge him.

Best wishes.
