After the baby is born, file for child support through the state and they will order a DNA test. If he is the father they will order him to pay child support. Its not much you can do before you have the baby, besides have him beat up!!

do a DNA test. You have to file papers in court first to establish paternity. After he is served with them the judge will order a DNA test. Also you can open a child support case. Go to your local family court house and ask a clerk they normally can help. Get his *** for child support. After DNA proves that he is dad then he will be ordered to pay child support. You also need to think about the best for your baby. Do you want the sperm donor in your childs life as right now he denies the baby I cant imagine how is he going to act when the baby is actually here. So if you want this man out of your life completely just seek child support. Sign a dismissal and you do not ever have to deal with him.

Just wait til you have it and do a DNA test then collect child support. If that were me and the father denied the baby i would not be wanting to be with him,

As soon as the baby is born go to the local social services office and ask to start a support order against him, then he has no choice but to pay and they will do a paternity test at his cost to prove the child is his.

First of let me say I'm sorry you have to go through that Unfortunatly all you can do is when the baby is born go to the child support office and file for child support. For anything else he's not worth it. if he doesnt want to be a ggod father then he doesnt deserve a baby.. i'm sorry. have your son and love him like I'm sure you will you two will be fine your better off without him

sweetie first off when the baby is born ask for a DNA test, they will swap the baby's mouth, your mouth, and the potential dads mouth. Then when the results come in take them to the court house and file for child support or you can do this at welfare child support enforcement division.Good luck and best wishes

If he is refusing to give financial support I suggest you consult a lawyer and file for child support, as well as demand DNA testing so that there can be no question. If he doesn't want to acknowledge the child emotionally that is his perogative, however he will STILL be financially responsible because that is the law.

well don't stress and don't even contact him anymore the courts will make him pay, you do not need the stress, get in touch with social services in your area, they will take care of it for you, first they will make him take a test and then they will make him pay for it when he is proved to be the dad and then they will get a court order to make him pay and if he does not they will take his drivers license away, and if that doesn't work they will put him in jail, do not panic when there is no name under dad when your child is born you must be married and if you are not then he must sign he most likely wont but that will change after they give him a dna test, once it is all proved he could change his feelings and when he meets his child he could fall in love most dads do, don't force him right now, maybe he needs space and time to accept everything

Just get a DNA test and if he is the father, get your money. He can deny all he wants, as long as your baby is taken care of!

I would ask for a mandatory DNA test. Then if you can manage without his child support I would ask him to sign over his rights to the child. You are both better off without him. You can't force someone to be a good parent and it will just be harder on your child later.
