Freckles are caused by skin pigmentation, which is beneath the epidermis. Pimples are on the skin's surface. The Clearasil is simply a cleanser that removes oils from the skin's surface. It has no effect on the freckles or any other forms of skin pigmentation.

if you want to remove freckles get microdermabrasion treatments in skin clinics, etc. its gonna take a series of peels for all of them to be gone. alternatively if its too expensive for you, you can buy those at-home microdermabrasions or peels. its cheaper, but takes longer than those machines they use at skin clinics. Both ways, in time, they'll be all gone. Also, stay away from the sun and always apply sunblock. the higher the spf, the better.
