Yes, there are laws protecting the dealers and the purchasers. Contact the Dealer's Division for your state, they can help you with anything involving new/used car sales laws, that's what they are there for, they can help you with unscrupulous dealers, or one's selling cars without titles. yes. as the buyer you have 3 days to tell the dealership to shove the car up their poo shoots if you find a defect with the merchandise. Hurry though.

they can only void the contract if the bank falls through..
or if you lied on your application.

the law is for you.. not them.
the law gives you time too return should there be a defect..
and dont listen too ^^ that guy..
if differs with every dealer.
