Once again, the reggieman needs to do more homework. Look in the manual's USB section and it will tell you. My Bravia manual is in the bedroom and the wife is sleeping, or I would tell you. I believe it supports .jpeg, .avi, and .mpeg2 but I'm not sure... I've only viewed still pictures through my USB port.

Okay, I found my manual and it says:
"View still images (JPEG files) and:
"View movies (MPEG1 files)

Since iPod uses MPEG4 and .mov files, you'll have to convert them to work on your Bravia.

Without knowing the model # for your Sony tv, i can't tell you much but i know that the Bravia can play videos in the mpeg1 format. Your ipod video is a different format. You need to convert to mpeg1 for the tv to play it.

Ummm, USB port?? Where?

The only thing I see on the Bravia is the HDMI connector, which LOOKS LIKE A USB port, but isn't.

Get out your TV manual and look at the
PICTURE--Description and verify that is NOT the HDMI input.
