How do I do a Kickflip on my skateboard?

I can flip it... sometimes but im only lucky if it even flips please help me!

but i also cant land on the board it either goes behind me or doesnt flip all the way

Practice and more practice the reason its kicking out away from you or flying all over the place is because you arn't centered you're leaning forward or backward.

Start with your back foot on the tail and your front foot right under the bolts. Your front foot should be slanted just a little. Bend your knees and pop your board. Flick your front foot off the tip of the nose making it flip. Suck up your legs for the catch. Try and keep your feet over the bolts. Land and absorb the shock and roll away

Keep trying all that and you'll be great at it in no time, you don't need to be rolling for this but sometimes it helps. Good luck.

place your front foot on the skateboard half way. ollie and then use your front foot and push down so it flips.

this is easy---balance your feet on each side and just wheel it around with your body weight.
its all about balance and steady feet
