Medical supply but not all of them carry it you must search for Chloroform to find it...

It must be because almost any lab using organic solvents would have it. However, like most halogenated hydrocarbons it is actually dangerous to handle. Also it is spelled with an "f" not a "ph" that should make it easier to look up for more detail.
