If my Pomeranian coughs because of asthma or allergies, what should i do to help her out? And i took it to the vet and took an xray and he told me lungs and bronchi are clean.

The Vet should have discussed the cause with you. I would either return to the vet or go see another Vet. It could be allergies, it could be restricted breathing in the nose, there are numerous reasons for her coughing. I would see a new Vet, the Vet should have suggested answers and treatment allergies or otherwise.

your vet would have advised you if you had actually taken your dog to the vet. They would have investigated it more thoroughly other than exrays. It could be heart disease, kennel cough and if it is asthma he would have advised you and given you medication also the same for allergies. Take your animal to a vet and you will get a real answer

If you took her to the vet they would have been able to let you know what to do for her, so.... I am going to assume that you haven't taken her and you are simply speaking hypothetically.

Could be lung worm, asthma or allergies... Could be something stuck in her tracea.

Take her to see a vet.
