Blood should never be seen in vomit or stool, you do not say if it is bright red blood or black tarry substance which means digestive blood. Either way, don't play around or try to get answers on the Internet, GET TO A VET and fix the problem, it is SERIOUS and means something very bad.

Take your dog to the vet to have him examined.
A lot of the time when you see bloody diarrhea, it's due to a systemic disease, in other words, more than one body system is involved. Among the things that can be a cause of bloody and watery diarrhea is the Parvo Virus, which can be fatal. It can also be coccidia, a number of viruses, or hemorrhagic gastroenteritis.
The last one, hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, is often seen if a dog's gotten into the garbage or has gotten a hold of a decomposing dead animal outdoors.

It could be a lot things, take her to a vet. In the meantime with hold food for 24 hours with plenty of water. Or try boiling some boneless, skinless chicken and cutting that up and feed that as a light meal.

Sounds like it could be Coccidiosis. Your vet would give you something like Albon to treat that... Could be worm overload......But it could be many things such as Parvovirus....Valley Fever...etc.. Could be something he ingested (piece of rawhide) and is tearing his bowel if he's trying to pass it. Too many things that this could be to even know without seeing the dog and taking a stool sample to see what might be going on microscopically.
Get your dog to a vet immediately would be my advice to you.

Not to scare you but possibily he has intestinal problems, or swallowed a bone - another possibility is Parvo- dogs have BAD diarrhea (some with blood)and it has a very distinctive foul odor.
take him/her to the vet ASAP !

This could be a rare form of cancer, I believe. You should take him to the vet immediately - even if it's not the cancer, it couldn't be anything good.
