Well on my skateboard, I took the wheels off and just hit the side of the wheel on something hard, like the edge of your bed and they popped out

Take the trucks off and unbolt the wheels and hook the bearings to the tip of the axle and pray them out using the wheel as leverage (tilt the wheels and the bearings should pry right off)

As for the last guy asking why you'd want to replace the bearings....because um they go bad...duh

There should be 4 screws in the grip tape put a phillips in them and turn them but you have to have a wrench on the back side of them so they dont just turn,like an adjustable wrench,the back sides of the screws look like bolts at the bottomof the trucks<<

first you take the wheels off the skateboard, then you get a hammer of soming like that, a nd hit it until it comes out, or just go to like fast forward and ask them to do that for you
