you are not going crazy! you are probably a very impressionable person. this movie probably really bothered you and made you fearful of getting a mental illnesses. you could be having anxiety attacks or panic attacks. have you talked to your parents or a guidance counselor? visual hallucinations are when you see things that no one else sees, are you really doing this? auditory hallucinations are when you hear things that no one else hears. is that happening to you. hallucinations can be caused by many things such as mental illness, certain physical illnesses, some medications, dehydration and even starvation. if you really are having hallucinations you seriously need to tell your parents to take you to your medical doctor. if you are only having feelings of panic or fear when there is no reason to be afraid, you still need to see your doctor as there are many physical illness that can cause these feelings as well as psychiatric problems such as panic disorder or anxiety disorder. also you may want to select televison programs that are more uplifting and not so worrysome to you. no matter what, if anything is wrong with you there is appropriate help out there and if you doctor thinks you need help he will refer you to the correct health care practicioner. PLEASE go and talk to your parents. You will be fine, just don't sit and suffer in silence. Good luck!

Fear and being scared Chronically is NOT good. Stop watching movies that can scare you. Watch a good comedy instead.

You need to tell a parent if you are younger, or, get yourself to a counselor. You may be on the verge of a Phobic or Paranoid Dillusional condition.

If you are drinking lots of Caffiene,........Coca-Cola, Mountain Dew, Pepsi,.......any caffiene.......Stop drinking it.

Go get checked out, and if you get a counselor or even talk to a Physician and have had a traumatic event that you have kept bottled up inside,......tell someone or them.

If you are taking any substances (drugs/medications) .you may be having adverse reactions. Regardless you need to get checked out.

You could be having or suffering anything from a Thyroid problem, to having a condition in your brain.

Something is not right, unless you are just being irrational. Either way, take everything as warning signs and get in NOW! Get family to help you also. Once you go over the edge, there may be no coming back.

Are you hallucinating or just imagining yourself in her position. I don't know how old you are, but when I was in my late teens and early 20's I could see a scary film and imagine all kinds of things. If I read or heard about a disease, I decided that I had it. It sounds like your imagination has taken over and you are personalizing this event. You're not crazy. You're not schizophrenic. But you are either suffering from an anxiety disorder or you're just young enough to be afraid of the world and of being on your own. Either way, I think you're normal but you should talk to a mental health professional about this. Most health care plans cover this, and if yours does not you can go to a clinic. Please don't ignore this. Take a few deep breaths and take control of your life. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

It sounds like you have a panic disorder, if I understand what you're saying, when you start getting worried about something, worrying makes you feel even worse, so it's like a domino effect. You aren't going crazy, though. I've heard it said that crazy people have no clue they're crazy and don't care, that's clearly not your case. But you do have issues that need dealing with. Schedule an appointment with the doctor, chances are, you'll feel much better when they find out what is causing your distress and treat it. Good luck.

If you are feeling quite different than normal, if you feel you may be hallucinating, and if you are scared of these feelings, I would recommend going to speak to someone, like a psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, or mental health counselor. Actually there are lots of people who experience hallucinations time to time, and who do not have schizophrenia. But it would be good to get a professionals' opinion of what may be going on with you. Additionally, he or she may be able to help you reduce some of your feelings of being scared. It's really okay to get help. I wish you well. These scary feelings will pass.

You are experiencing panic attacks. You need to see a doctor. Watch a different movie. A fun one like 13 going on 30. Don't stay in panic or depression it can get very comfortable there. You don't want that.

If I were to say something you have, I'd say OCD. Obsessive compulsive disorder. I have OCD.. Which means, I obsess about things... Sometimes, I am sitting and think "Oh my God, what would happen if my friend died?"... And I can go days obsessing with it, thinking she will die, why would I have thought that randomly, what millions of things could go wrong with her.. Tha'ts just an example.. Being hypocondriac (thinking you're sick all the time) is part of OCD.. All obsessive thoughts are... You getting scared is an obsessive thought, so, OCD. You might want to talk to your doc. Meds can help you with that!

No your not going crazy. I had a friend who obsessed about dieing. She lived with it for a long time. She finally went to the doctors and found out she was just chemically imbalanced. Panic disorders and depression all are related to chemical imbalances. Go see a doctor. or two they will help you through this.
