It is called Prophecey. Isaiah was a great prophet of God. Notonly Isaiah said this but Jeremiah and Ezra too.

Buddy, major sections of the Bible were composed MANY years after the events took place. Chances are, that section of the book was edited and the name Cyrus added after the Jews were freed from their captivity in Babylon.

When you write fiction, you can do things like that and not have to prove any of it. Just say you wrote it BEFORE it happened and take credit AFTER...there are ministers out there preaching they foretold 9/11, and countless more sheep who believe them - blind faith does not make it true.

Perhaps the same way it foretells of Revelations and the coming of the end of the world- pestilence, sickness, etc?
