you lose weight by burning more calories than you are consuming....therefore managing your diet and exercising.
however, dieting and exercising are lifestyles and if you do not have the discipline it will be very hard to achieve the goals you want.
keep track how much u r eating daily and right down how much calories you are taking in, then calculate your heart rate and duration when u r exercising to see how many calories you are burning. Do not get discourage either; do not expect to lose more than 1-2 per week. Even if you do not see much results one week just make should you were still on track cuz u cant expect to lose every single week.
if you are not one to strictly pay attention to your exercising and eating habits here are some simple suggestions to cut out some calories and boost you metabolism
keep in mind one pound of fat is about 3500 extra calories
1)cut out sodas as much as you can. one can of soda is about 140 calories. if you drink two a day without burning off the calories that is one pound of fat in 12days off soda alone.
2)substitute for healther snacks instead of candy eat fruits, instead of fried chips eat baked chips airpopped popcorn
3)eat 5-6 small meals a day opposed to 3 big meals
4)drink plenty of water
5)DO NOT try to strave yourself. Your metabolism will SLOW down in a response to conserve energy.
6)Enjoy a homecook meal instead of fried fast foods or processed frozen dinners
7)get plenty of sleep
8)do not have a sedentary lifestyle. try to do some aerobic for 30mins about 4times a week. also strength training is good because the more muscle you have the more calories you burn
you can live a little less sedentary life by simple changes: when watching tv get up to change the channel instead of using the remote, park further away when driving somewhere so you can walk a little more ect...every lil bit helps

Losing weight can be very simple if u stick 2 it... Start off easy first by cutting back on things u don't need like candy, soda, etc. When u feel hungry grab something healthy like baby carrots or some sort of fruit. Or I found that for me I just brush my teeth and it helps. It doesn't work for everyone but it does 4 me.
Try going for a walk every day too, even if its just to the mailbox or something... And when u get used to that you can start going for longer walks...

Diet and Exercise. Eat lots of Fruits and Veggies but not to much Fruit because fruit has sugar in it as well. Eat lots of Whole Grains, Legumes and Protein. And the key is to drink lots of water. Stay away from Sweets~Cakes, Cookies, Chips, etc. Don't drink Carbonated Drinks like Soda and High Sugary Juices. As long as you get Active your leaning towards your goal. Even if it's just 15mins of exercise. Walking, Running, Biking you name it

losing weight is easy if you stick to a simple diet.try eating less bread,potatoes,sweet things and fatty foods and also try doing a bit of exercise.at first it may be difficult for you to adjust but then u'll get used to it. why don't you try dieting with one of your friends? it may help!
