The wide width at Payless shoes isn't wide enough and I don't want to spend a fortune. Any suggestions??

You might have to pay a small fortune... remember your baby's first shoes shouldn't be messed with. Developing feet and good walking shoes are recommended by experts. You need to go to a REAL shoe store that specializes in baby shoes. I always bought stride right for my kids. My son had a double E.:)

i would say payless or buy skater shoes at journeyz kids. my son is 19 months and wear a 6 1/2 and has wide feet. we usually only buy skater shoes fo rhim since they usually are pretty decently priced. also check out ross. they have stride rite for cheap if its the price you dont like. also sometimes targets shoes are wide. also you can try putting htem in sandals.

Go to stride rite & get your little one sized correctly. Sometimes they have sale/clearance shoes that are priced well. Trust me it's worth the little bit extra you pay. Otherwise you can get sized properly and then head to another store & try to find shoes. Also you can find Stride Rites on Ebay for good prices.
