No. Determining calories require more than just time... they require your age, heart rate, weight, when you've eaten last and even to a certain extent the temperature of the room you are in.

I suggest you get a heart rate monitor that also calculates calories. They might cost a bit- perhaps $200 or more- but then you can use it anywhere- even when going to the grocery store

NO, probably just as accurate to use a watch.

It is hard to calculate, even when you know the variables.

not accurate, but better than nothing...
gives you a "guide" to a general sense of how long you worked out.
