In sort, "Believe in god because if you do you have everything to gain, but nothing to loose." It's a weak argument. Here, we drink to it.

Pascal's Wager is basically that Pascal said that given the 50% chance that there is a God, and 50% that there isn't, wouldn't it be better to err on the side of caution and believe in Heaven and Hell and God. It isn't a 50% chance because there are a lot of other religions and ideas than just the is and isn't but there is the wager.

The worst argument used by Christians for nonbelievers to follow Christianity.
It's funny, because Pascal himself actually doodled the Wager on scatch paper, not really serious or really thought out, but people still like to use it.

Ugh, it comes up all the time. I wouldn't recommend using it to try to convert anyone. Its pretty weak. Down the hatch and cheers to all.
