Illegal Immigration?

Does anybody actually support it or support Illegal Immigrants? If so, why?

Are you new in this forum? Stick around awhile; you will find many people in support of illegal immigrants on this forum. I'm NOT one of them.

They will come up with all sorts of reasons to support illegal immigrants, such as telling us that the US economy would collapse if all the illegal immigrants were deported; that you will pay $10 for a head of lettuce or an apple, if not for illegal immigrant workers; that these people are only doing jobs "Americans don't want to do or can't do (due to being too lazy, don't you know); that these people just want a slice of the American dream and aren't hurting you or anyone else and so we shouldn't be so greedy and should let them have some of what we have; etc.

They ignore all of the solid and logical reasons why illegal immigration is so detrimental to our country and our country's economy. Most of these supporters are coming from the position that they are either in love with an illegal immigrant or are related to some or else they just enjoy hiring them for their cheap, slave-labor and so are basically taking advantage of these people because the illegal immigrants, besides hurting our country, are also very vulnerable to being taken advantage of by unscrupulous employers. For example, the business raid that just occurred this week in which the illegal immigrant employees were working in extremely poor conditions at slave wages and with filthy bathrooms and likely working far longer hours than our employment laws allow, and these employers get away with this treatment of other human beings because the illegals have no one to go to for help when they are cheated and treated so abysmally due to being afraid of being deported. This is basically modern-day slavery, yet supporters ignore this fact.

Anyways, you will find on here that anyone who is in support of illegal immigration will NEVER change their opinion on this issue, despite all the clear reasons why illegal immigration should be stopped and all the illegals should be deported, such as, first of all - it is ILLEGAL. Not to mention the costs to our social, medical and education systems and the costs of all their anchor babies who are deemed US citizens just for having been born on US soil, regardless of the fact that their parents are in the country illegally, in the first place. Forget the fact that many of these people destroy the credit record for US citizens when they steal their SSNs and other ID; destroy families when they drive unlicensed and uninsured and kill people in accidents; bring in diseases that we had once stopped, due to not being properly medically screened and vaccinated (remember, many of these people are working in agriculture and the food industry, possibly and often contaminating the food we eat, and their children are beside your children in the schools); not to mention, the criminals that also come in along with the "hard working" illegals, such as gang members, drug smugglers, possibly terrorists, murderers, rapists, etc.

Yeah, believe me, just stick around here awhile - you ain't seen nothing yet!

criminal immigration is the technique the place human beings attempting to go into the U. S. stick to immigration regulations and prepare for visas, etc. to go into the rustic. unlawful immigration happens whilst human beings sneak in like thieves interior the nighttime, as in chinese language welded into the metallic holds of field ships that run aground on lengthy island and Mexicans sneaking around the southern border without regard to the regulation. And good grief, birds do not immigrate, they migrate, that's vacationing with the seasons. Mexicans might subsequently be greater appropriate called unlawful migrants.

I don't support it but I don't know why they were allowed to come here, have kids here and work here for fifteen or twenty years and now everyone wants them thrown out. Should they be ripped away from their kids and everything they have worked for at this point. I know the argument is they broke the law coming here I get that but the border is still open! Why is all the anger placed on the illegal immigrants and not the government who has been aware of the problem for forty years. If you leave your door open once and get robbed shame on them if you leave your door open forty years and get robbed shame on you.

of course not. i don't believe you'll find anyone who really thinks for themselves supporting that, only people who are zombies and just repeat everything they hear on the daily show with john stewart.

the media has made some in-roads on giving people a false idea of what american principles are all about. early immigrants to this country were hard working and ambitious people.... do you think this country would be the only superpower otherwise? but keeping people stupid is the agenda today. they're easier to control.

I do not think people should break the law, so in that sense I do not.

I think the immigarion process is very badly broken and our laws need to be CHANGED. Drug dealers are given pardons to testify for political purposes, 9-11 Hijackers are granted Visas, but everyone points a finger at the Lady who cleans floors for minimum wage that WANTS to be here and WANTS to assimilate that SHE is the one ruining our country.

When will people understand you can't paint a group of 15,000,000 people with a broad brush?
