For the past week now I have had constant tension from my neck up. It's mainly in my jaws and face. I'm just constantly tense and by the end of the day my muscles are killing me. Now, if I don't think about it or go to sleep all of the tension goes away. I think this is weird and need some advice on how to make this go away. Thanks

Please lie down on your back on bed. Normally your thumbs(of your legs) point upwards, slowly try and stretch them so that they are parallel to the ground.
This stretching exercise would help you relieve of tension from the entire body.
Do this before you go to sleep. This would definately help you.
