They would just B***H all the time about their food and stuff. So were just lucky they don't.

If they did they would say "Don't let Vagans write dogs laws." They would tell you the HSUS and Peta and many other groups currently influenced by these anti dog ownership people are trying to make dogs extinct, and dog / human companionship history (as in a thing of the past).

Because their mouths are not capable of producing the sounds we can, and they are not as smart because they don't have as many coils in their brain as we do, they have smoother brains, which indicates they are less intelligent. If both of these boundaries were surpassed, dogs could indeed talk.
But they do have their own form of communication entirely different from our own, a majority of which consists of body language, much like humans.

They most certainly DO talk ....we just dont always understand them. My dog has a certain whine when she has to go outside. She barks when someone is at our house. She is my shadow when I am about to get an infection in my body. Are you asking why they don't speak english?...lol

because they are angels of God and He sent them hear on a mission...who knows what it is..its all apart of his plan! have you ever herd the saying ALL DOGS GO TO HEAVEN....i came up with that saying....oh and maybe u should become a hitch docter i hear u can make a movie about yourself starring will smith!

they do so do cats it's a matter of knowing your animal if you are close enough to them then you will know it's every need just like they will know your every need!!!!! and don't for 1 minute think that a animal is not smart cause if you show them the right tender loving care they need (just like us !!!) they respond to every emotion or command as some like to say... but i ask and have no problem at all!! thier just like children!!! treat them such as........
