I want to surprise my girlfriend of one and a half years who just dumped me. She said she couldnt trust me because i didnt tell her about a speeding ticket and she said that was the feather on 50,000 pounds of other things i did. And that she didnt even know me because i could be hiding alot of things, she says it doesnt seem like i care about her anymore so she said we were over. im not a bad boyfriend i just take her for granted sometimes...I want a surprise to show her i love her but i cant think of anything. I already got a picture frame with a nice picture of both of us smiling, and a card. But what else could i do that would just blow her away and she would know for sure how much i care about her, thanks.

Give her some time, send her notes and don't push her. In the future, but totally honest with her, she taakes it personally when she is not included in both good and bad stuff.
