My oldest had it mastered at 2years old. My youngest was still working on the nightime thing at 4.

Somewhere between 2 and 3. But every child is different. Some may be potty trained at 18 months and some at 3 1/2 years.

I have 3 children. My oldest was completely potty trained by 17 months old. But he did everything fast anyways. He was walking when he was 8 1/2 months old. My second child did not want anything to do with the potty. I got so frustrated with him by the time he was a little over 2 1/2 and told him I was throwing away his diapers. That did the trick and he started going. My youngest started wanting to go to the potty when she was 11 months and she was completely trained when she was just a little over two. It really varies from child to child. Some children pick up on it right away and some don't. You just have to keep trying and eventually it'll happen.

You should start trying as soon as your child begins to wake up in the morning dry. This is proof that your child's urinary muscles are strong enough to be able to retain urine and therefore feel the urges of knowing when to go potty. This can be before they are a year old or 2-3 years old. One family I know (7 kids) were all trained by the time they were a year old. I also did this for my kids and they were all trained by 2 1/2. Neither one of my kids woke up dry until they were about 18 months, so I started then.

Depends on the child... My son is 3.5 and is just potty trained. My daughter just turned 2 and started going potty at 18 months. I've heard of children as young as a year being potty trained and as old as 5.

Since I don't know all of the kids on the planet, only those of parents whom I know I can't say how many most of them are when they are potty trained. I know my daughter was potty trained at 18 months, one of my nieces was 3, my eldest nephew was 4 another niec was 3 1/2, another nephew was almost 3. So I would have to say that children potty train between the ages of about one year to almost 5 depending on their devlopment.

Of course every child is different but... I wish'd I had listened to the people that say it doesn't pay to start early. We started when my daughter was just over 2 and she is now 3+ and we are still having issues... I wish'd I had waited longer to start the training, if not only for my sake! Potty training is a process so there is no "magical age" that makes it suddenly click for the child... Some get it right away, others take a while...

Most people start around 2 years old, although some kids start earlier or later. You just have to pick up on the hints your child gives you. For example, my daughter at 16 months was already interested in sitting on her potty seat, and understood that it was for going peepee. Now, at 22 months she's just about potty trained. Some kids just aren't interested and take closer till 3yrs old. I've also heard that boys take longer...

it depends i think!..Girls seem to be potty trained earlier then boys(for some reason)! but they usually start about 2 1/2-3 1/2...my daughter was about 3 when she got potty trained then my youngest daughter was trained earlier, she was about 2 1/2 because she seen her big sister use the potty all of the time so she did it to!..lol so it worked out great! so yeah about that age

Around 2 is the usual age. if you try too soon it can freak them out - the whole sitting on the potty if they aren't ready. My daughter is 22 months and she takes her nappy off straight after wetting it and she'll often take it off before having a poo. Yet if I try to sit her on the potty she just freaks and arches her back - so not ready yet! My other 2 daughters were started from 2, I think. Be prepared for a lot of messes though. It helps to do it in warmer weather and they generally need to be bottomless and you just watch for the signs that they are about to do their business and then you grab the potty and place them on it - good luck! It's pretty messy.
