You can prepare them online, but not for free that I can find. Go to the online prep sites and you will see that you can purchase the previous years.

Prepare them online, then print them out and mail them. You can't e-file previous years.

you have to d/l the forms from the IRS website and mail them in
and you'll get a penalty for failure to file
any refund from any of those years will go towards the penalty , any left over will go to you
and taxes due on those year will be assesed compunded daily interest from the taxable year

I didn't think you could, but I have found a website that will allow you to file prior years online.

No. Only current years returns are e-filable.
