I have tendonitis in both forearms. Of course it acts up if I've been typing all day. But is it normal for both arms to act up at the same time? Once ina while it's my left more than my right, but sometimes both will scream at the same time. Please don't laugh at me but I saw an episode of House where the tendons in this guys arms tightened up and were painfl at the same time because of his heart. I always thought maybe it's my upper back possibly since one doctor said "I doubt both arms would react at the same time only". Anyway, any opinions would be apppreciated (and yes, I will see my doctor).

Once you have confirmed it is only tendinitis:

I had tennis elbow (tendinitis) a number of years ago. I heard and read, accidentally, that shark cartilage had been found to relieve arthritis and such, I ask about it at the health food store and tried it. Don't remember the amount per, but one bottle and it was gone - forever.

Several others have used it for creaky knees, and other joints and experienced the same result. It works pretty fast for everyone that I know who have used it.
