raw unpasturized apple cider vinegar..
the following 2 testimonials can be seen at http://www.earthclinic.com/cures/acne.ht...
Angelina O, has found that applying ACV topically to her face several times a day (4 or more times) has cured her of a "very bad complexion". She reports that she applies it straight and that while it burns her skin a bit, it still works like a miracle!

you can get it at the health food store, or in some super marktet health food sections. i use bragg vinegar..
good luck
Cheryl writes, "My daughter developed a case of moderate acne, and after trying a number of different things for over a year which helped very little or not at all, she started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day and applying it topically once at night. She has been acne free for two months. It took about three weeks to clear up."

sugar in excess, is generally not good for your skin or body, cut back and try to drink more water..

good luck

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Nothing you eat makes you have acne. Some people are just prone to have it. I am one of those people. I am 31 and always had acne as a teenager, it went away for a few years and back again at 25. I've been using Proactiv everyday for six years and I will never go without it. My twelve year old is now using it for her acne. Good Luck!!

I have been battling acne for the past two years, until I started this: proactive, oral birth control ("the pill") and antibiotics... this targets acne from a topical perspective but also targets the hormone unbalance that is causing the acne. i guarantee you will have clear skin in approximately 4 months with this regimen. fyi, birth control is prescribed world wide to treat acne problems... it's amazing. good luck!

I use triaz cleanser for my back, prescrition only. I use proactive and differin (also prescription) for my face. Don't forget to then moisturize. I used to get big pimples, about 5 months ago, and seriosly haven't had one since. But you have to find the right combination for yourself too. I never had any luck with the pills.
