I actually attended one of his conferences when I was a born again. I really believed and ended up giving him $200 in offerings, which was allot for me back then.

My neice was having seizures so we went in the hopes that she would be healed. We truly believed that it happened, but they came back a few months later.

One thing that really stuck with me from that crusade was on the last day, there were many people that were really desperate for a healing. They crouded the front of the stage at the end of the last meeting and were reaching for Benny Hinn. One father had a young girl, who was obviously dieing of Cancer, he was several rows back and couldn't get any closer, so he picked up his daughter and handed her to the people in front of him. They slowly passed her above the crowd all the way to the stage, and Hinn just looked simpathetic and left the stage. It always bothered me that he wouldn't try to heal the girl.

Now that I am no longer a Christian, I see it for what it really was. Deep down inside Hinn knew that there was no hope for the girl and that he was only selling hope, for healing, not the actual thing. He must be a very empty man inside.

No, never. Many people "healed" by Benny aren't even sick to start with. It's been proved a stage show by some researchers but still he heals and steals from the heels.
