i met this girl in the summer. ever since that day we've been really really close friends like no secrets between us, and we already know almost everything there is to know about each other, we talk about what we like about each other, and we hang out and talk with each other like 24/7 and everytime we say goodbye, we give really thight hugs like we dont wanna let go. in the winter i told her how i really feel about her, i told her that i like her. she didnt know what to say. then she told me a couple minutes later that she had a heavy feeling in her head and in her stomach, but she told me that she was maybe just cold. could this mean that she has feelings for me too but shes too scared to tell me?? i thought that id give her some time to think about what she want to say but now its been too long, i really want to know, should i just ask her?? because im pretty sure after all the good times we had that she has a thing for me, or maybe...

i can't say that i know exactly what she's thinking.. but i think she likes you.. i get those heavy feelings too when things are embarassing and im just like omgg what's he gonna dooo?? i'd go for it again. if you're still close after the first time you got nothin to lose =]

Sorry to be a downer but it could be a friend only thing. I know I've been there. The feeling she had was probably the feeling where she didn't want to crush your feelings into the ground like a bug. She likes you just as a friend, she doesn't wnat to lose you as a friend, but as a guy I know that being just a friend sucks and its usually not good enough. I hope its not what I think it is and I am wrong sometimes... But to me you are too close of a friend to have a good cahnce at being anything more and being so close would explain the reluctance in not telling you. OR on the other hand she could tell you that she likes you but doesn't want to ruin the frienship because it means so much to her. Its like try for something but if you fail you lose twice as much. Its a hard choice for females to make, all in my own opinion of course.

Unfortunately, i terribly doubt she likes you, as if she did, nothing would keep her away.
However, she also might., but then why would she be shy if she already knows how you feel
If you value her as a friend, best advice is to not scare her into not being friends with you anymore, as some girls might think you were being a typical male by falling for a friend.

Honey, approach her again with your feelings, but let her know first and foremost that her friendship is the most important thing to you. Let her know you would never do anything to jeopardize the friendship, that you're not trying to put her on the spot, but just want to let her know how you feel.

no i cant say she is feeling the same way, but neither can i tell you that she has no feelings for you, it was just too confusing for her, perhaps she thought you are her bestfriend and she is not yet ready to go into another phase called lovers, give her time and space dont rush her

no she doesnt she just wants to be friends. she doesnt want it to be awkward between the two of you, and she loves being best friends with you. but she's afraid that if you get any closer things will just become weird and unnatural.
