I dont really have sex nearly at all. However, I started a new relationship with someone and I've been having swollen lymph nodes (both sides of the neck), missed periods and yeast infection symptoms. These symptoms occurred in November and I havent had a period since. I went to the doctor, I am not pregnant, but I was recently diagnosed with Reactive Hypoglycemia and Thalassemia Minor. Does anybody have any clue what could be going on? Do you think the 2 conditions could be causing the problem or just stress? Please help.

The Thalassemia is a genetic condition. I put a site for you to look at.

You are asking questions that you need to ask your doctor.

Is this new relationship stressful for you?

When you don't feel well...create yourself the most healthy atmosphere you can.

I suggest look up the conditions on Webmd. The doctor should have told you more about your illness. Hope you are doing well soon. Best wishes for good health.

You're seeing a Doctor for this, make an appointment, ask him/her your questions. They have more information about your background, blood work-up, and so on, than anyone on here will. Write your questions down, so you don't get distracted and forget. Don't hesitate to contact them with your question, it is normal to have questions when you get a diagnosis of two confusing medical issues. Good Luck !
